Tortilleria San Jose
A tortilla manufacturer positioning itself alongside industry giants Mission and Olé.
Problem
Tortilleria San Jose came to us after a recent rebrand that missed the mark. It didn't hold up against the industry leaders they were positioning against, and it didn't let their heritage shine. As a commercial-only company, they'd also had executive meetings with major grocery chains, and in more than one, buyers asked to see their retail brand and marketing materials. They had nothing to show. On top of that, they needed a way to incorporate their three symbols so that each one shined: the San José de la Paz church, the sombrero, and the scarf.
Solution
A deep dive into TSJ's history, heritage, core beliefs, and end users (restaurants and distributors) shaped a brand identity system that reflects all of it. The new website is built for restaurants and guides them toward requesting TSJ products from their distributors. A client portal holds retail-ready brand assets and 3D product renderings of the flour and corn lines.
Result
TSJ is now ready to break into retail with confidence. They have a full retail setup, an industry-leading brand, a website built to grow, and a portal where approved users can access the TSJ brand.
